We accept direct deposit into our Westpac, Australia bank account. 60% payment upon order placement and the balance prior to shipping.

What shipping methods can I choose from?
We offer sea or air freight. Our closest port is the port of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
We have several shipping methods for you to choose from. We offer Ex Works (collection from our facility), FOB, CIF, DAP and so forth.

Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
We process our orders very quickly to have you your product ready for shipping as fast as possible. This means it is very unlikely we can change your order once it has been received and the initial deposit has been paid.
Do you charge sales tax?
We do not charge sales tax on international orders. Any order being shipped within Australia will most likely be subject to GST.
Do you charge for samples?

What hours can you be contacted?
We operate Monday to Friday from 9.00am until 4.00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). We endeavour to reply to all enquires within 24 hours.
How long will my order take to manufacturer?
Most orders (depending on the size of the order) will be completed between two and four weeks from receiving the initial payment. If there is a delay or if the order will ship sooner, we will let you know directly.
Does the price vary depending on the size of the order?
No, we offer a single fixed price starting with our MOQ price.
As we use natural ingredients, there is only a limited quantity of raw Australian grown produce available in the market.
There are several different products requiring the same raw produce (for example Almond Oil and Almond milk compete for the same raw produce) therefore we are not offered any additional discount from our suppliers as the volume increases.
The growers sell 100% of what they produce each year so we must secure raw produce for you to ensure we can manufacturer your orders on an ongoing basis.
We work closely with each of our clients to ensure we can meet your annual needs based on your monthly forecasts. Most of our products can be manufactured in large volumes.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ varies from product to product, in some cases we can source a single pallet as a trial order to help you get started.
Most manufactures prefer larger orders. We will work with you on the MOQ on a product by product basis.
Do you appoint distributors for your exclusive products?
Yes, we prefer to work with experienced distributors who will professionally look after a given territory or country.

Do you provide any other services or products?
Yes, for very selected and exclusive clients where discretion and complete confidentiality is paramount we offer home security, high end audio visual solutions (including complete home theatre fitouts), home information/technology (IT) and home automation services.
We work with high profile people or groups where anonymity, privacy and confidentially are paramount. We never disclose any client details to any third party, nor do we refer to any client when working with our suppliers. Complete anonymity is guaranteed. The minimum spend per project is usually more than $500,000.00
